How can I place an order?


Once you install and open the Fastbag app, you can sign up and place a delivery order. You add supermarket products including milk, eggs, bread, fruits and veg, pizza, snacks, alcoholic drinks and so much more to your basket and click Checkout to complete your online order. We will need your phone number and address in order to deliver your grocery order.




How can I search for an item?


You can use the search tab to search for specific items or brands. Please feel free to suggest your favourite products or brands by emailing support@fastbag.co.uk.




How can I track my Order?


Usually your order arrives within minutes, way before you may want to track it. You can see the status of your orders under Account Menu > My Orders section. Soon you will be able to see Fastbag drivers moving on a map. If you think something is not right please drop an email at support@fastbag.co.uk




Do you deliver to my area?


We are currently serving Maidenhead (SL6) only. However we are planning to expand our services to other cities soon. Drop us a message on our socials to upvote your postcode.




What are Delivery Fee and Small Order Fee?


The delivery fee is to help us cover superfast delivery costs. Small order fee may also be applied in order for us to maintain our service quality standards. Delivery fee of £2.95 may apply to the orders below £20 and an additional £1.95 may apply to orders below £10. Having said that please watch out for our promotions. We usually waive these for you.




Can I cancel my Fastbag order?


Our orders are delivered in a whizz so it is highly likely that the drivers are already on the road minutes after your order confirmation.




Can I get a copy of my receipt?


You can view your order details and request your invoice under My Orders in the app.




What if there is a problem with my order?


We would be more than happy to assist on any issues. A delightful service is what we are here for! Do let us know on any issues or questions regarding your order at support@fastbag.co.uk




What are the payment options?


You can pay with your credit or debit card in the app. Alternatively we accept contactless card or cash on delivery. Yes, our drivers come with a card machine and carry some change for you.




What to do in case there are missing or wrong items in my bag?


All Fastbag items are delivered from our own local store so we have the stocks displayed in the app at all items. However, if you notice any issues or mismatch with your order please let our delivery driver know and we will fix it. If you notice the issue after the delivery, please reach out to us at support@fastbag.co.uk




Can I give driver feedback?


Our drivers and the Fastbag team are working hard to serve you in the quickest and most convenient way possible so please feel free to share any suggestions with our delivery drivers or contact us directly on our social media accounts. We would love to hear how we are doing!




Why is my order late?


You will be able to view the estimated delivery time before you place your order and we will attempt to deliver as soon as possible. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, factors such as traffic and weather conditions may prevent us from delivering your item within this specified time. Please contact us if you are experiencing a delay in your delivery.




What happens if I'm not in for my delivery?


Our deliveries are completed in less than 30 minutes and you are expected to be at the address given for each confirmed order. However our drivers usually drop the bags at your doorstep or porch for a safer delivery. Please note that the orders will not be refunded if there is no one to pick up the items at the delivery address.
